GustoPoints™ ("GustoPoints", "we", "us" and terms of similar meaning) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Website and App (this site and any applications or other software provided by GustoPoints, for use with the site or otherwise, collectively, the "Site"). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes or for any other reason. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (collectively the "Policy") describes how we will use and protect your information and why we obtain, store, and process data which can identify you. By visiting our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy.

The Information We Collect

In general, you can visit our Site without telling us any personally identifiable information about yourself. Our web servers automatically collect technical information that does not personally identify you, such as the type of browser and operating system you use, and your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information helps us understand how you use or browse our site.

When you register with us we collect information from you, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number, we will collect that information along with any other information you voluntarily provide. When you order products online from us we will also collect your credit card information, including the billing address—we do not store credit card information in any way. It is our policy not to distribute, sell, rent or in any way make available this information or any other personally identifiable information to any third party.

The information we collect is clearly displayed on the Web or App pages in which we collect it. When you participate in site features such as newsletters or online orders, we may use the personally identifiable information you provide through those features in the following ways, unless stated otherwise:

We may store (we do not store credit card information) and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services, and we may communicate with you via e-mail or postal mail.

The various services we provide through the Site (collectively, "Services") are for your own use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else.

Updating or Deletion of Personal Information

You may access your personal information that we keep on file by simply logging into your account. You can view/update your username, password, personal settings, and orders. If at any time you would like us to delete your account or unsubscribe to any site features, simply send us an email directly from your account. Once cancellation is complete, all of your personal information will be removed from our system.

Memberships and Subscriptions

At present GustoPoints offers premium subscription of our services starting at $9.99 per year, inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes to your membership will take effect on your next billing cycle upon notice communicated through an update on the Site or any other means deemed appropriate by GustoPoints staff.

Your credit card information is processed and securely stored by our partner Stripe (the "Payment Processor"), one of the leading companies in mobile app payment processing. GustoPoints does not store any of your credit card information. The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to the Terms here.

By signing up and purchasing your GustoPoints membership ("Membership"), you authorize us to charge you for your initial membership period and a recurring monthly or annual membership fee at the then current rate, which may update from time to time. You also authorize us to charge you any other fees you may incur in connection with your use of the Site. Your first Membership cycle, less any special discounts will be billed immediately at the time of purchase. Your Membership will automatically renew each month or year and you will be billed on the same date each month. We reserve the right to update the timing and date of our billing, and if we do, appropriate billing adjustments shall be applied to your account. In the case if you upgrade from a monthly to an annual Membership, your new effectively billing date will start immediately upon the purchase of the upgraded Membership, with a credit adjustment automatically applied to your new purchase amount towards any remaining days from the original monthly Membership period.

In general Membership fees or any other fees are nonrefundable. Membership purchases are contracted for the full length of the entire term, whether one month, multiple months, or one year at a time, and members are responsible for payment of the entire contracted amount upfront prior to using of any GustoPoints services in such paid period. From time to time, at GustoPoints staff’s sole discretion we may choose to provide a refund or discount towards current paid period, however, such decisions do not entitle you or any other person to any future discounts or refunds in the future for similar instances.

You may update your payment method or cancel your account under "Memberships" in the profile menu. Following any cancellation you will continue to have access but will be immediately to your Membership through to the end of your current prepaid billing period. DELETING THE GUSTOPOINTS APP FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT CANCELLATION. You nonetheless will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing you through the Payment Processor. If we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and access to our Site or any portion thereof.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

GustoPoints has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, birth date, or e-mail address) from individuals under 16 years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the e-mail address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement if they would like this information deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our existing files.

Third Party Links

We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our Website and we recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.

Consent

GustoPoints may, at any time, amend the provisions in this Policy. Changes to this Policy will be reflected by the "Effective Date" as displayed at the top of this policy after "Last Updated".
